The unique V shape of the Newman (D1689) uses the front entry area and various rooflines to draw the eye of the beholder. The large fireplace chimney in the rear also lends eye appeal to the faŤade of this 2,133-square-foot beauty. A large, three-…

  • Designer Homes, December 30
A large, rambling ranch-style describes the Seapine (501-10). It has a long wraparound porch accented by the windows. On the dormer level are arched windows that add a touch of elegance to the faŤade. The large, two-car garage has windows that face …

  • La Crosse (334-080)

  • Watson (406-07)
The Watson 406-07 is a duplex, but it is uniquely designed. It has colonial columns, with a porch on the second level. Once you have entered this colossal home, the true stateliness is apparent. The Watson has a communal gathering room of 1,810 …

Andrea Lynne (405-25)

The Andrea Lynne (405-25) is perfectly designed for the family with young children who need to be close to their parents at night. The family sleeping area is located at the rear of this 1,526-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, with the master suite in the middle.

The master suite has a large walk-in closet separated from the rest of the room by a pocket door. There is a counter with twin sinks that is separate from the tub and toilet area.

In the hallway next to the master bathroom is the second bathroom. It also has a tub, sink, and toilet.

The two remaining bedrooms, one on each side of the master suite, have wall closets. The utility room, with hookups for the washer and dryer, is beside the bedrooms, which will make putting away laundry easier. There is also a door off the utility room to the garage.

The living room and dining areas make up one, spacious, completely open room, leaving the area to the imagination of the owners. It could be a great room, a family room or any combination the owner would can imagine.
This large room comes with a vaulted ceiling, built-in fireplace flanked by windows and door opening to a circular patio area.

Storage is vital with young children. In order to meet this need, a large storage closet has is in the hall on the wall next to the pantry. The door to the pantry is around the corner in the kitchen area. The kitchen has been set up built-in appliances and plenty of counter space.

In the front of the house is the breakfast nook with several windows overlooking the front yard. It has skylights for added lighting. It is an area that welcomes the morning person looking for that first hot cup of coffee.

The garage is a three-car unit, deep enough to have a workbench in the rear or down the side. The garage is perfect for storage of bikes, tricycles, toys, and sports equipment.
