The family room unfolds upon entry into the Copeland. It is a large, open room with a gas fireplace on the right, and stairs to the second floor on the left. On the rear wall is long entertainment center.

As one heads into the kitchen, there is a large storage cabinet on the left, ideal for storing the vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops, and anything else needed. Across the hall is a half bath.
